My in-depth understanding of technology fosters seamless collaboration with developers, and I stay current with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe products, and AI Tools (e.g. ChatGPT, DALL-E, MidJourney).

I have extensive experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry, where I focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and the Great Place to Work framework. I am actively enhancing my knowledge in accessibility (A11y) to ensure inclusive design and have significant experience with Design Language Systems, JIRA, Confluence, and Generative AI (GenAI). I am passionate about the latest technology trends, including AI, cryptocurrency, digital wallets, and NFTs. Additionally, I have experience in visualization and Pendo metrics, which help drive data-informed design decisions.
